Mr. Waleed Khalaf

Mr. Khalaf is the CEO of Smart Way Consultancy in Bahrain. With an MBA from the University of Wales and over 40 years of experience in the telecoms and technology sector, he is a respected authority in Smart Technology and sustainability.

He founded Smart Way Consulting with a vision to spearhead consultancy in smart technologies tailored for the next generation of smart cities. He is also the driving force behind the Bahrain Smart Cities Summit, an annual gathering dedicated to sharing expertise and exploring opportunities in smart and sustainable urban development.

Mr. Khalaf also serves on the board of the Bahrain Internet Society and provides advisory services to the Information & eGovernment Authority.
