Mr. Rami Azzi

Customer Success Lead - Modern Work and Employee Experience | Middle East - Microsoft

Rami Azzi is the Customer Success Area Lead for Modern Work in the Middle East. He is in charge of driving the adoption and usage of modern work solutions and ensuring customers benefit from their investment in Microsoft Technologies. He leads a team of engineers, architects and customer success managers across six countries.

Mr. Azzi joined Microsoft in 2013 and over the past 10 years has held several roles across various geographies including Enterprise Channel Lead for Qatar, Business Group Lead for Modern Work and Security in the Middle East, Strategy lead for Microsoft 4Afrika, and more recently Sales Manager in the Middle East.

Before joining Microsoft, Mr. Azzi was a Senior Consultant at Booz & Company, a Management Consulting firm, working with public and private sector customers in the Middle East. He also worked in Investment Banking in Paris in sales of derivative products.

Mr. Azzi holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor's from the American University of Beirut.
